General
Redemption
  • A: Treats can be redeemed by scanning the QR code on the Chick-fil-A One App. Select "Scan at Restaurant" to be taken to your membership QR-code. Treats can also be redeemed by adding them to a mobile order. Select "Add to Mobile Order" after selecting "Choose"

  • A: Treats can be redeemed at any participating Chick-fil-A (Chick-fil-A Express and Chick-fil-A licensed locations such as those in airports, college campuses, office complexes and hospitals are excluded.)

Updates to treats
  • A: Please allow at least 24-48 hours for progress, current, redeemed and expired status to update.

  • A: Once your "O" fills up with red, you will see a pop-up telling you that you have received a treat. Your treat will then appear under the "Current" section of the website or App. You may also receive an email letting you know that you have received a treat.

Rating treats
  • A: Your feedback on treats allows us to personalize your treats over time to ensure a more accurate match with your preferences. Please remember to rate your treat, not your overall restaurant experience with the specific menu item you requested.

  • A: Any treat that has been redeemed will be available to rate after approximately 24-48 hours. Simply select a rating from 1 star (lowest) to 5 stars (highest) and select 'Submit.' We are interested in the value you perceived from the overall treat choice package, no necessarily a specific item or your restaurant experience.

  • A: You can change your rating by selecting a different star rating and selecting 'Submit.'
